Make Your Payment
Once your payment is received your booking will be confirmed. Payments can be made via Wise, PayPal, Thai QR code or bank transfer. Payments are due with-in 24 hours of payment request.
Collect Your Clubs
Your clubs can be collect from our Pattaya location the evening before your first rental day. We will communicate pick-up and drop-off instructions to you to ensure a smooth transaction.

FAQ
Will I get my security deposit back?
Yes, your security deposit is refunded if the clubs are returned on-time, clean and without any damages.
When can I collect my clubs?
We try to have your clubs and any extras will be available for collection the afternoon before your rental period begins. We will update you on the day of collection to confirm your collection time.
When do my clubs need to be returned?
Please return you clubs no later than 5pm on the last day of your rental period. This helps us ensure back to back orders go smoothly. If you are delayed please contact us as soon as possible.
Where can I use my clubs?
Our rental clubs can be used at all Pattaya golf courses, driving ranges and indoor simulator facilities. Clubs are for use in the Pattaya region only. If you wish to travel with your clubs please discuss this with us.
What happens if I damage or loose a club?
Any damage to or loss of clubs, golf bags or rented accessories will result in loss of security deposit and / or extra charges as per our Rental Policy. All damages or losses will be charged at full replacement or repair cost and must be settled immediately to avoid further escalation.
Can I cancel or modify my boooking?
If you need to modify your booking please contact us with minimum 24 hours notice. No shows will forfeit there booking and only receive a refund of the security deposit. You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the day of booking. A refund will be issued minus any fees incurred by Pattaya Golf Rentals.
How long does the pick-up and drop-off process take?
Usually pick-up and drop-off is a simple 10 minute process. When you collect your clubs we will give you a rental contract to sign, take a photo of you holding your ID (passport for foreigners), collect your 1,000 baht security deposit (cash only) and allow you to inspect the clubs before handing them over to your custody. When you return the clubs we will complete an inspection to ensure the set is complete and there is no damage to the clubs, bag or accessories and your deposit will be returned.
Are my clubs tracked?
Yes, all our clubs are electronically tracked to prevent theft. Tampering with electronic tracking devices will not be tolerated and result in immediate cancelation of rental contract and may incur damage fees.
